The scaling of process steps and high energy efficiency are important parameters in the processing of organic substances. Eisenmann offers solutions for thermal treatment of powder chemicals, metal powder, catalyst materials and battery materials.

For companies of the chemical industry, energy efficiency and sustainability are of great importance regarding heat treatment. They can choose from a wide range of customer-specific solutions for the treatment of various materials. Eisenmann also offers support with the development and installation of peripheral equipment such as shielding gas and process gas equipment, measuring and control instrumentation, handling, cooling, drive and transport systems, control systems for process control and visual display. The plants handle heat treatment processes for organic substances via sintering and high-temperature sintering.

The range of customer-specific solutions includes industrial furnaces for various kinds of heat treatment and many different materials. Thermal processing plants are used for batch processes and continuous processes. As part of our service offerings, we also develop and install the corresponding peripheral equipment. Eisenmann has extensive experience with reaction processes. We offer the perfect plants in which to create efficient systems for oxidation, reduction, pyrolysis, carburization, increasing purity or metal coating.

Catalyst materials are aimed to transform pollutants like hydrocarbons (CmHn), carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) into uncritical gases like carbon dioxide (CO2), water (H2O) and nitrogen (N2). To do this, state-of-the-art catalyst systems use catalytic metals like platinum, rhodium and/or palladium. These catalytic materials require thermal purification before application on the substrate. Eisenmann offers a wide range of technologies for these thermal processes, including batch processing solutions, rotary tubes or even continuous tunnel furnaces.

Manufacturing high-performance materials for the production of lithium-ion batteries involves the process development, implementation and scaling of individual production steps. Eisenmann analyses the sequence of the thermal process and offers optimized furnace systems for processing known materials. When it comes to developing new materials for the high-performance batteries of the future, Eisenmann implements customized solutions – starting right from the development phase as processes are transferred from the laboratory to the pilot line.
